This Capital E Advisors Education Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement” or “Terms of Service”) is made between Capital E Advisors LLC and you, the account holder. This agreement oversees your use of Capital E’s website and its associated media and content (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating a free account on our website (viewer login), viewing our videos, downloading our supplemental educational content, purchasing a premium membership, you accept this Agreement and consent to a contract with us electronically.
We reserve the right to revise this agreement by posting an updated version on our site. Continued use of our services after the update contracts you to accept any revised agreement.

Premium Content Policy:
By purchasing our premium content subscription you agree to an individual subscription with us. You will have individual access to stream and view premium content for yourself only.
Downloading premium videos, playing them for individuals or a group of non-subscribers is prohibited and not covered by your individual subscription.
Subscriptions may not be shared. For a corporate or team plan, please contact our organization for a quote.
Account Creation. You may create a free account to use our free course progress tracking feature or a premium account to view premium video content and curriculum. To create your account you are required to provide us with your name and email address. By creating an account with us, you agree to receive emails from Capital E regarding your account status and member correspondence.
By creating a free account or premium membership with us you agree you will not redistribute, create derivative works, or attempt to manipulate or interfere with our video content or curriculum materials. We reserve the right to revoke account privileges for violation of these terms.
